If the big red stripe doesn't convince you this is the Coast Guard's Pelican, note the slim tail boom, larger flotation pontoons, and the sharp cutaway for hydraulic doors at the rear of the fuselage. In camouflage color, it's an Air National Guard or Air Force Reserve Jolly Green Giant.
