large quantities of aircraft during the war, including
seaplanes and twin-engine

bombers. Closed by
Versailles Peace Treaty. Reopened in mid-1930s with two-seat
training biplane, Go 145. In Second World War built
Bf 109 fighter and Do 17Z bomber, also Go 242 glider and
a powered version designated Go 244.
