Atlantique 2 appearing in May 1981. Engaged on the SEPECAT Jaguar with British Aerospace. Undertook Alpha Jet twin-jet trainer development and production with Dornier of Germany (later Daimler- Benz Aerospace; see Dassault-Breguet/Dornier). Name changed to current Dassault Aviation in 1990.
