Founded January 1996 to merge the businesses of ATR and British Aerospace Regional Aircraft (which comprised Avro International Aerospace and Jetstream Aircraft) in terms of marketing, sales, support and aircraft development of their transport aircraft and to oversee future programs. Organization disbanded July 1998, with ATR and British Aerospace Regional Aircraft (BARAL) regaining full independence. Back to the letter A
