Airtech is a joint company formed 50/50 in 1980 by CASA of Spain and IPTN of Indonesia to build CN-235 twin-turboprop transport. By 2004 sales exceeded 250.

I believe this aircraft is now in service with the U.S Coast Guard as a coastal patrol plane. A very unusual airframe but somewhat similar to the C-121 Fairchild Provider.
