Took over Optica observation aircraft from Edgley
following purchase from receiver by A. Haikney of Aero-
Docks in 1985 and formation of this company to restart
production in 1986. Fire of January 1987 destroyed seven
finished Opticas and hangar. Company renamed Brooklands
Aircraft Company Ltd.
