My brother recently purchased a decommissioned 72 HS 125-400A originally British Airways/Hawker Siddelley. We have been crawling around the innards trying to locate the battery compartment. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to find manuals or imagery of its location?

I flew, trained others, and supervised mx on every variant of this aircraft… One of my very FAvorites! Especially fond of the Viper-powered airframes…but ALL of them Sturdy, sweet-handling, predictable. A close friendship with HS Tech-Rep Maurice Helmore was a highlight of association with this airplane. Saddened by its’ end-of-production.

As an ex-employee of de Havilland, I would suggest that there needs to be severe pruning of the entries here as quite clearly they have nothing to do with the DH 125 !

The Rolls Royce of biz-jets for many years. One of the first

I contracted GHSV2 in2006 and up until 2009 only had 4-6 OBs a year. But since the beginning of 2009 was experiencing more frequent OBs at least once a month! I thought the general rule was that OBs become LESS frequent with time and not MORE! It just got to the point where I couldn’t handle it anymore. I went online and found your site pretty quickly. It didn’t take long between the time I whipped out my CC to the time I started putting your method to work. It is the best decision I ever made. I went from having OBs every couple weeks at worst, to not having an outbreak for 3 months now. I know this isn’t just a coincidence and your method is responsible for giving me my life back thank you so much Doctor Emuan..Dremuansolution@gmail.com

Mike (14/3/14) - are you ex BAe Chester?

Mike, 14.03.2014 20:32

Myself and others built the tail plane, main fin, rudder and Over fin for this aircraft . I miss building those parts, I learnt a lot from this aircraft ;).

Ray Smith, e-mail, 21.12.2011 05:15

I flew this basic model back in 1967-1970 for Anglo American Corp. (Mines Air Services) in Zambia. A very easy aircraft to fly. I met John Cunningham at Luton UK on a trip there in 1969 while flying this aircraft.

james thomas, e-mail, 24.09.2011 08:50

I flew the F400, 600, 700, and 800 during my career. there was another designation, BH125-400. These aircraft were brought to the US in "green" configuration, and completed by Beech. Our first F400 actually had a Beechcraft placard! The "real" first Beechjet! Great airplanes. The 800 was truly a magnificent flying machine.
