I'll share what I have on this aircraft. For starters and to avoid confusion there were two types of the Aviatik B.II produced. Germany produced approximately 200 machines according to my sources and there was an Austro-Hungarian version also produced. My sources claim 48 machines, but I feel the number could be higher as the service really depended on them and the performed yeoman work.
The German Machine Specifications:
Powerplant: 1 Mercedes D.II 6-cylinder liquid-cooled piston engine (120hp)
Maximum Speed: 68 mph
Service Ceiling: 2,900 meters (9,515 feet)
Range: 220 miles
Armament: None
Bomb Load: None
Crew: 2
Production: 200 machines (est.)

The photo shows an Aviatik BI which probably first flew in November 1914. Subsequent to this the improved BII was built at the Aviatik plant that was established in Austria.
